After your DMK Enzyme Therapy treatment, you can expect the flawless glow, silky texture, and juicy plump appearance to last on average, a minimum of one week to 10 days depends on your skin. It is perfectly normal to experience breakouts after DMK treatments, which is very common though they are not causing them. This is a process we call ‘purging’, which is when our treatments release underlying congestion trapped deep down within the pores and pushes it up to the surface. This is perfectly normal! Post-treatment dryness is due to the stimulation of the enzymes in your skin that are responsible for controlling the natural exfoliating process as well as the increase of the hydration levels in your skin. Dead cells that have been caked onto the surface of your skin unable to lift away, are now finally beginning to shed away resulting in the skin feeling slightly tight and dry. DMK uses 99% active botanical ingredients, which need to be carefully preserved. That is why DMK uses 1% chemical preservatives in some of the formulations because they are the most stable and safest to use for both the consumer and the products. Therefore, DMK is not 100% organic.

If you have had a crisscross of red veins appear where your Enzyme Masque was after a treatment that is amazingly progressed! It means that your capillaries have been flushed of toxins and the blood has been loaded up with fresh oxygen and nutrients to deliver to your skin cells. It's essential to wait at least two weeks after Botox injections before undergoing Korugi. This waiting period ensures that the Botox has settled properly and prevents any interference with the treatment. Therefore, it is a good idea to do a session before you get Botox injections.

As many people believe that microneedling removes a layer of their skin, but as indicated, the procedure is in the category of non-invasive methods of cosmetic treatment, so there is no need to worry about damaging the skin as no layer of skin is going to be removed.

Microneedling can be safely repeated every 4-6 weeks as needed. Collagen induction requires at least 3 treatments, while scar reduction requires between 3 and 6. 4 to 6 weeks should pass between one treatment to the next, and the number of treatments needed varies person to person. 

Swelling and redness is normal immediately after the treatment. The treated area will appear similar to that of a moderate to severely sunburned skin. Minor pain and/or discomfort of elevated warmth and tightness can be experienced. This will start to subside after 1 to 2 hours. Fast recovery is normally observed within the first 24 hours after the treatment with only slight redness remaining the following day.

3. Blood clotting disorders or anticoagulant medication use: If you have a bleeding disorder or are taking medications that affect blood clotting, microneedling may pose an increased risk of bleeding or bruising. It is important to inform your healthcare provider about any underlying conditions or medications you are taking.
4. Pregnancy or breastfeeding: The safety of microneedling during pregnancy or while breastfeeding has not been definitively established. It is advisable to avoid the procedure during this time to prioritize the well-being of both the mother and the baby.
5. Recent sunburn or excessive sun exposure: If you have a recent sunburn or significant sun exposure, microneedling may further irritate the skin or increase the risk of complications. It is recommended to wait until the skin has fully healed before undergoing the procedure.
6. Open wounds or active acne outbreaks: Microneedling should not be performed on areas with open wounds, active acne outbreaks, or other skin infections. It is crucial to allow the skin to heal and the condition to subside before considering microneedling.
